That’s why we’re thrilled to announce that someone who knows a thing or two about high standards - Craig Revel Horwood - has joined us as our new Head of Fusstomer Experience.

How fussy are we as a nation?
To celebrate the partnership, we recently commissioned research into the nation’s fussy habits - and it turns out, we’re a wonderfully particular bunch.
A poll of 2,000 adults found that 80% of Brits admit to being fussy about things in their home, from how towels are folded to who gets to sit in their favourite seat. Nearly three-quarters (74%) even admit to expressing dissatisfaction when others don’t quite meet their standards.
And honestly? We love that.
The research shows that fussiness is about caring. It’s about taking pride in your space - from keeping things tidy and curating your décor, to adding those personal touches that make your home truly yours.
In fact, 82% of people agree there’s nothing wrong with being particular when it comes to their home, and 60% have their own special way of doing things that they wouldn’t change for anyone.
